We are looking for a competent, service-oriented receptionist (m/f/d)
Your Qualifications
- Excellent command of German and English
- Proficiency with computers and experience with hotel software are a plus
- Communication and teamwork skills
Your responsibilities:
- Check-in and Check-out
- Providing guests with advice and information about all areas of the hotel and the surrounding area
- Handling Guest Requests
- Active Sales of Hotel Services and Products
Your benefits:
- Gross monthly salary as specified in the collective bargaining agreement, with a willingness to pay above the standard rate depending on qualifications
and experience - 13th and 14th monthly salaries (pro-rated for the season)
