    International meets Tyrol and Styria

    Our Styrolerhof culinary team is dedicated to contemporary alpine culinary culture. Our kitchen offers you, besides many specialities, traditional Tyrolean delicacies such as: Kaiserschmarren, Käsespätzle, Gröstl, Tyrolean dumplings, etc.

     

    The best way to prepare a really good meal is to use fresh and high-quality ingredients. That is why we pay special attention to the Regionality and the short delivery routes of our food. Packaging is reduced to a minimum.
    Whenever possible, we source our food from the immediate surroundings:
    • Venison from local hunters
    • Fruit and vegetables from Tyrol
    • Alpine butter from the surrounding mountain pastures
    • Eggs from "Eier Didi" from Haiming
    • and much more.
    Also with the Drinks we remain true to our own ideals and stay regional:
    • Our new house beer from the Hirt brewery
    • Draft beer from the Starkenberg brewery
    • Mineral water from the Gruber/Montes spring
    • Lemonade from the Grapos company in Styria
    In our wine list you will find international wines, but also and especially Austrian wines.

    Whenever possible, we ask our "take-out customers" to bring their own tableware to avoid unnecessary packaging.
