Privacy policy
We treat your data strictly confidential. Your personal data will be stored by us and processed for contact purposes. We do not pass on your data to third parties. You can object to the use of your personal data at any time by notifying us in writing or by sending us an e-mail. After receiving your revocation, we will immediately stop sending you any further information. Changes in our business as well as changes in the law may affect our data protection conditions. We will update these accordingly and publish them here.
We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

Data storage:
The website collects standard internet protocol data including your IP address, browser selection and language, the date and time of your visit and the website from which you arrived at our website. In order to efficiently manage our website and improve navigation, we or our service provider(s) may use cookies (small text files stored in the user's browser) or web beacons (electronic images that allow the website to count visitors to certain pages and access certain cookies) to collect aggregate usage data.
In addition, the following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: Name, address, e-mail address and, if applicable, telephone number. The data provided by you is required for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude a contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties.
The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law). After expiry of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer required for the fulfilment of the contract or the initiation of the contract and/or there is no further justified interest on our part in the continued storage.
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.
If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.
If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be limited.
Web analytics:
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract for commissioned data processing with the provider.
Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymised. This means that only a rough localisation is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on standard contractual clauses/an adequacy decision of the European Commission. The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.
Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised. The user data is stored for a period of 6 months.
Your rights:
You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
